ORJ Law firm has been consulted regarding the closure process and they have issued legal advice based on the closure and have confidence that the parents have a very strong case for breach of contract.
Some parents may as first be reluctant to sue the school as they feel they are somehow suing the staff who worked in the school each day.

Let’s be very clear any award from the legal action would be paid by the sale of the property when it is sold, so the money will actually be deprived to Woodard.

  1. We left a year and a half ago and still have not had our deposit back the staff in accounts said they had lost our paper work and could do nothing about it as we could not find our receipt even though we know we paid it as our child was not allowed to start there had we not paid it.
